Refactored the XHTML visitor so that you can override the way how paths are generated by overloading the formatPath() method.

Fixed issue #14124: A fatal error was thrown when a visitor was used on an empty tree.

Fixed an issue that the autoId property of ezcTree could not be read, although it was a read/write property.
Fixed issue #13156 (allow the ezcTreeXmlDataStore (or its Internal implementation) to have deferred file saving).
Fixed issue #13331: Renaming a node when using ezcTreeXml corrupts the XML.

Fixed issue #13155: ezcTreeXmlInternalDataStore::fetchDataForNode fetches data for wrong nodes.

Implemented issue #12694: replace reflection test for class type with spl function.

Added the xmlId parameter to the YUI visitor constructor, as it is a required argument it does not belong in the options class.
Removed the xmlId option from the ezcTreeVisitorYUIOptions class.
